Privacy
In plain words: what the client portal stores, why, and who helps us run it.
What we keep
- Your name, email address, time zone and notification choices.
- The work we do together: plans, tasks, approvals, notes, voice notes, files, links and the list of business accounts we need access to.
- When you open the portal, so your consultant can see the portal is being used.
What we never keep
- Passwords to your business accounts. Access is given by inviting us as a user on each platform.
- Health, patient, member or customer records of your business. Please don't upload them; we'll delete anything like that if it appears.
Who processes it
- Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage) and Vercel (hosting).
- OpenRouter, for optional AI features your consultant uses: transcribing voice notes, summarising calls and reading your public website. Text is sent only for that task.
- An email provider, to send the notifications you choose.
Your choices
- Change or turn off notifications in Settings at any time.
- Ask your consultant to remove someone from your team, export your data or delete your workspace.
