Terms of use

The short version of how the client portal works.

1. 01The portal is part of the services in your agreement with LeMazi Consulting; that agreement takes priority over this page.
2. 02Keep your login to yourself. Invite teammates instead of sharing it, and remove people who leave.
3. 03Upload only material you have the right to share. Don't upload health, patient or customer records.
4. 04Approvals you give in the portal are recorded with your name and the time, and we rely on them to move work forward.
5. 05We work to keep the portal available and your data safe, and we'll tell you promptly if something goes wrong.
6. 06When our work together ends, your workspace is archived. Ask us if you'd like a copy of your data or want it deleted.
